After taking the ferry back to Jutland I rode to Horsens. The ride was pretty boring and I noticed I was starting to go crazy and so I invented a few little shortcuts but after riding uphill for several kilometres I started to realise why more people weren't using my route. When I finally arrived in Horsens (which by the way is a hole) I was starving. I never thought I could be so happy to see a sausage van! After all, Denmark has millions of them. I ate half the menu and got ready to go again. Suddenly it looked like it would rain and I didn't feel like I had the 50km in me that I needed to reach the next city and so I decided I would check out the tiny island of Hjarnø.

On Hjarnø I asked about somewhere to camp (again they couldn't speak English, yay!) and I found somewhere next to the church. I was told I wasn't allowed to light a fire there so instead I went to the beach to cook dinner and nearly set the dunes alight in the process.

Camping on Hjarnø. 1 million points if you can spot my tent. Okay I'll give you a clue, it's the silver blob in front of the white dot to the right of the even bigger white dot. Yay for disposable cameras!

Will tomorrow's email be as embarrasingly short?? Probably, but stay tuned to be sure!
